Ouasso LLC offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all new subscription plans. If you subscribe and are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within the first 7 calendar days of your subscription, you may request a full refund of the subscription fee paid.
To request a refund under this guarantee, contact our support team at support@ouassoLLC.com within 7 days of your subscription start date. Include your account email address and subscription date. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days.
After the initial 7-day period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We do not issue pro-rated refunds for mid-period cancellations. Cancelling your subscription stops future renewal charges, and your access continues until the end of your current paid period.
We may issue refunds outside the 7-day window in the following exceptional circumstances:
